By accessing and using Wavonyx POS solutions ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of our services, including businesses, retailers, and enterprises in Mardan, KPK, and across Pakistan.

• •Payment must be made in full before service activation
• •We accept bank transfers, mobile payments, and cash payments in Mardan
• •Subscription renewals are due on the anniversary date of your initial purchase
• •Failure to renew subscription may result in service suspension
• •All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new customers:

• •Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied
• •Refund requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email
• •Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• •Subscription renewals are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase

All content, features, and functionality of Wavonyx POS solutions are owned by Wavonyx, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any content from our services without prior written permission from Wavonyx.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wavonyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, specifically the laws of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mardan, KPK, Pakistan.

8. Changes to Terms

Wavonyx reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
